In my time painting for you, I want you to have the best experience
you can and get the most for your dollar.  To expedite the process
of your future project and make sure every moment is spent giving
you the best product, a few simple things can be done:

•Drapery treatments should be removed from the area.

•All electronics should be disconnected and stored someplace safe
or where they can be covered.

•Valuables such as paintings and sculptures should also be
removed (HomeGoods items doesn’t count).

•I am happy to patch the nail holes, but because of dry time of the
spackle, the area patched may take on a different sheen.

•Antiques and valuable furniture such as China cabinets should be
pulled away from walls.

Just doing these few simple things can make  the time of the
project speed by, and in turn make the cost be far less.

The materials for almost all projects are included in the the
estimate that is given.  There are however , some products that
are more expensive and their cost will be itemized on your bill.
Things such a metallic paint, Venetian  plaster, and Shimmer
Suede are some of these items. In all, the whole experience is
quick and painless, in and out, without the hassle of turning your
home upside down.

Many thanks,

Tom
